We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Website. Subscription of DAYS INTERNATIONAL
We recognize your subscription upon your registration. Once your registration data is recognized by us, your registration is completed, and the contract is made. With this contract, you have the responsibility of remitting payment either monthly or yearly.
Purchase Price and Product Price
All prices include tax. There may be some differences between two prices, when you apply and when you actually purchase.
Return / Exchange Products
If any product is damaged due to our mistake, we will provide an exchange service as long as there are enough products in stock.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people who use the Website or the services or features made available on or through the Website do the same.
Service

DAYS JAPAN is NOT in charge of any damage that customers inflict during service. When customers inflict damage upon a third party, the responsibility belongs to the customer and DAYS JAPAN holds no responsibility.

DAYS JAPAN is not responsible for any conditions in which a customer does not receive information, despite DAYS JAPAN having sent it to the e-mail address provided, and any damage that may result to the customer.
Discussion / Resolution
Discussion with mutual respect will be the way to resolve any problem between DAYS JAPAN and any applied customer, should the regulations or DAYS JAPAN’s advice not be sufficient.
Jurisdiction Agreement
The Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us, shall be governed by the laws of the country of Japan. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under the Terms and Conditions shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court of the Tokyo District Court. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Website and/or the services made available on or through the Website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered an acceptance of those changes.
Miscellaneous
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
